Account Executive Internship - Dutch & German Speaking

About the role

Free2move, a global mobility platform founded in 2016 and based on the merger of the Stellantis Group and the start-up TravelCar, is looking for an Account Executive to manage and grow its Dutch and German markets. The position is a 6-month paid internship, starting as soon as possible, with a package of 600 EUR gross per month in Madrid.

Key responsibilities

• Develop a portfolio of B2B carsharing clients in the Netherlands and Germany and identify new business opportunities.
• Conduct sales calls, present tailored mobility solutions, handle objections and close deals.
• Ensure customer satisfaction, build long-term partnerships and maximise retention of the car sharing portfolio.
• Analyse market trends in the Netherlands and Germany to refine the go-to-market strategy.
• Work with marketing and operations teams to improve the customer experience.
• Manage the sales pipeline, track progress and report on key performance indicators.

Required profile

• Fluency in German, Dutch (C1/C2) and English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
• Previous experience in account management, sales or business development.
• Customer-focused mindset and negotiation skills, including persuasion and deal closing.
• Ability to manage several deals at once with a structured approach.
• Knowledge of the automotive or mobility sector is a plus but not required.

Required skills

• Comfort with CRM tools, sales automation software and digital communication platforms.
• Autonomy and organisation.

Working conditions: 40 hours per week, on-site during onboarding and then hybrid (3 days in the office, 2 days from home) depending on performance and autonomy. The internship is also open to Paris.
