Account Manager – Advertising (Spain)

About the role

Netflix Ads is expanding its team in Spain and is looking for an Account Manager to own the end‑to‑end execution of advertising campaigns. You will act as a strategic partner to sales colleagues and clients, ensuring campaigns launch smoothly and deliver measurable results.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Sales Partners to understand client goals and provide exceptional service.
• Host weekly pipeline and pacing meetings to align on upcoming launches and performance.
• Build media plans and contribute to RFP responses, covering packaging, pricing, and targeting.
• Lead campaign kick‑off meetings, gather launch assets, and coordinate custom creative production.
• Work closely with Ad Operations for order implementation and technical troubleshooting.
• Monitor delivery performance, optimize campaigns, and produce post‑campaign wrap reports.
• Navigate escalations, develop long‑term solutions, and maintain deep knowledge of ad products and policies.
• Support monthly billing and invoicing in collaboration with finance.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in account management or sales planning within digital media, focusing on video advertising.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data for cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Proven project management capabilities.

Required skills

• Experience with sales operation systems such as CRM, OMS, and ad servers.
• Knowledge of digital media sales models: Direct IO, Programmatic Guaranteed, and PMP advertising.
