Account Manager – Beauty Commerce (TikTok Shop)

About the role

Join TikTok’s fast‑growing commerce team in Madrid as an Account Manager focused on the Beauty vertical. You will help beauty brands launch, grow, and succeed on TikTok Shop, shaping a new shopping experience for millions of users.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, recruit and onboard new beauty merchants, providing business model guidance, creator collaboration, and education.
• Develop and execute mid‑ and long‑term account plans to drive sustainable growth and meet GMV targets.
• Analyze beauty market trends and sub‑category performance to uncover growth opportunities for partners.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to create compelling content and optimize merchant performance.
• Lead internal projects that enhance the overall e‑commerce ecosystem.
• Propose initiatives that strengthen TikTok Shop’s competitive advantage.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation abilities.
• Deep understanding of the Spanish e‑commerce landscape, consumer behavior, and mobile transformation.
• Comfortable working in ambiguous, fast‑changing environments with a proactive, can‑do attitude.
• Fluent in both English and Spanish to interact with internal and external stakeholders.
