Account Manager – Beauty Commerce (TikTok Shop)

About the role

Join TikTok’s fast‑growing commerce team in Madrid as an Account Manager focused on the Beauty vertical. You will help beauty merchants launch, grow, and sustain their businesses on TikTok Shop, driving a better shopping experience for millions of users.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, recruit and onboard new beauty merchants, providing business model guidance, creator affiliation and education.
• Develop and execute mid‑ and long‑term account plans to achieve sustainable growth.
• Own GMV targets, using data, experimentation and iteration to improve merchant performance.
• Analyse market trends and sub‑category performance to uncover growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to optimise content and campaigns on the platform.
• Lead internal projects that enhance the overall e‑commerce ecosystem.
• Propose initiatives that strengthen TikTok Shop’s competitive advantage.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation abilities.
• Logical thinking and solid analytical skills.
• Deep knowledge of the Spanish e‑commerce landscape, consumer behaviour and mobile transformation.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments and adapt quickly.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
