Account Manager – Fashion & Luxury (French)

About the role

The Account Manager will be the primary contact for a portfolio of enterprise‑level clients in the Luxury Fashion, Retail and Cosmetics sectors. Working from Barcelona, you will drive growth by introducing AI‑enabled and digital solutions, expanding existing relationships and creating new business opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Adopt a consultative sales approach, acting as a strategic partner for assigned clients.
• Monitor account performance and identify up‑selling and cross‑selling opportunities.
• Generate new leads through referrals, networking, digital outreach and trade events.
• Understand client business models and propose international growth strategies using TransPerfect’s AI‑enabled content and technology.
• Collaborate with Production and Technology teams to ensure smooth implementations and high client satisfaction.
• Support pricing strategy, contractual discussions and revenue forecasting with management and accounting.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Native‑level French and excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proven ability to build long‑term professional relationships in a target‑driven environment.
• Experience in sales, business development or strategic account management, preferably in the luxury sector.
