Account Manager Intern - Q Commerce Category Management

About the role

Glovo, part of the Delivery Hero Group, operates a quick commerce (Q-commerce) business unit that delivers products to users' doors within minutes. As an Account Manager intern in the Category Management team, you will help deliver a best-in-class user experience for customers globally, leading the implementation of assortment, categorization, content, pricing and promotion strategies for the Q-commerce partners' verticals of Groceries and Retail.

Key responsibilities

• Categorize and sort the assortment based on user needs
• Lead assortment definition and optimization strategy
• Execute and analyze dynamic pricing
• Define scalable, reliable processes for content integration with top partners, and develop, implement and track them
• Raise the bar with hero content and manage promotions and cross-selling opportunities
• Engage with regional and local teams to implement the global strategy

Required profile

• Ability to work 40 hours per week for at least 6 months
• Fluency in English and Spanish; additional languages are a plus
• Comfortable working in a high-growth, high-performance start-up with a fast pace

• Great interpersonal skills
