Account Manager Intern - Regions Spain

About the role

Glovo, part of the Delivery Hero Group, is looking for an Account Manager Intern in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria. You will support the Support Account Management team in its daily collaboration with Food Partners, helping to build a product that disrupts the on-demand market.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Account Management team in its daily work with Food Partners.
• Prepare reports and performance analyses to identify trends, opportunities and risks.
• Reach out to partners by email, phone and in-app messages, for example recommending ads activation, following up on performance or sharing promotional opportunities.
• Create and maintain operational files and dashboards in Google Sheets.
• Prepare presentations, business reviews and recommendations for partners (ads, promotions, upsell, retention actions, operations).
• Monitor competitor and category trends, collect market insights and industry news.
• Assist in preparing internal documentation and materials that improve operations.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree (Business, Marketing, Management, Economics or similar).
• 6 months of availability for an internship, full day from Monday to Friday (Friday afternoon excluded).
• Excellent written and spoken English and Spanish.
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail, curiosity and eagerness to learn about digital marketing and account management.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Required skills

• Comfortable with Excel and Google Sheets.
• Data-driven approach.
