Account Manager (Italian & English Speaking) - Hospitality

As an Account Manager based in beautiful Malaga, you will play a pivotal role in managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering exceptional service to international accounts.

Main Responsibilities

• Proactively manage and qualify accounts using CRM tools to generate high-value business opportunities.
• Achieve and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) including call volume, account engagement, and revenue targets.
• Execute strategic sales activities such as call storms and industry-specific hotel focus campaigns.
• Qualify diverse opportunities including corporate meetings, events, and group accommodations.
• Provide expert consultancy by offering upsells, chain discounts, and creative alternative solutions when hotels are unavailable.
• Handle business travel requests and individual inquiries with precision and efficiency.
• Maintain meticulous CRM records and follow up on all client interactions to ensure long-term loyalty.

Profile Required

• Proven experience in sales, ideally within the hospitality or travel industry.
• Fluency in Italian and advanced proficiency in English is mandatory.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric mindset.
