Accounting Technician

About the role

Omega CRM, a Merkle & Dentsu company, is looking for an Accounting Technician in Granada. The position is offered on a 6-month fixed-term contract and covers accounting, tax, cash management and invoicing tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Accounting: posting journal entries, bank reconciliation, preparation of reports and financial closings, preparation and analysis of annual accounts, opening and closing of the fiscal year, monthly reporting and expenditure tracking
• Tax declarations (VAT and personal income tax models)
• Cash management and invoicing (generating invoices and tracking them)
• Collaboration with other financial functions

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or similar
• At least 3 years of equivalent work experience
• Experience in the Immediate Information Supply (SII) system and tax knowledge
• Knowledge of the Spanish General Accounting Plan
• Leadership, analytical thinking, attention to detail, thoroughness and organisational skills; teamwork, adaptability and interpersonal skills
• Desirable: experience in international environments, B2-C1 English, and leadership and proactivity

• Advanced Excel
• Experience with accounting platforms
• NetSuite is a plus; D365 (Dynamics) is valued
