Accounting Technician – Treasury

About the role

Alsa, a multinational bus operator with more than 20,000 employees, is looking for an Accounting Technician for its treasury function in Oviedo. The role covers daily financial movements of the group, both nationally and internationally, and supports the preparation of treasury reports.

Key responsibilities

• Connect to banking platforms to extract and process the group's daily financial movements, national and international.
• Categorise incoming operations so they can be correctly entered into the corporate ERP.
• Record movements according to the accounting norms and ledgers of each country where the group operates, meeting monthly closing deadlines.
• Support the preparation, consolidation and sending of treasury reports to the company's finance areas.
• Monitor the treasury budget and follow up deviations to protect the cash target.

Required profile

• University degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics or similar.
• At least 3 years of accounting experience.
• High level of English (B2/C1).

Required skills

• Office suite and advanced Excel.
• Sage or similar accounting software.
