Accounts Receivable Specialist – French Speaker

About the role

We are seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist who is fluent in English and French to join our Finance team in Barcelona. You will manage invoicing, pre‑payments and collections across our global operations, ensuring accurate financial data and smooth cash flow.

Key responsibilities

• Process daily invoicing and allocate pre‑payments.
• Monitor collections across Stark and its international subsidiaries, flagging discrepancies.
• Reconcile transitory accounts and control payouts via Stripe and bank transfers.
• Prepare internal financial reports for Finance leadership.
• Ensure allocation accuracy and standardized accounting practices throughout the organization.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable.
• Fluency in English and French.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• Advanced Excel skills and high proficiency with financial software.
• Strong attention to detail, proactive and organized with the ability to manage multiple workstreams.
