About the role

Lear Corporation offers internships for university students in business and economics at its Valls site. The programme lasts up to 10 months of real work experience, closely mentored by Lear professionals, with a period of up to 950 hours on site from July 2026 to May 2027.

Key responsibilities

  • Take part in trainee programmes in business and administration fields.
  • Work up to 35 hours per week, with 20 to 35 hours per week stated in the offer.
  • Possibly be assigned to a real Lear project that allows you to carry out your TFG/TFM.

Required profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics or equivalent experience.
  • 0 to 2 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
  • Intermediate level of English, written and spoken.
  • Legal authorization to work in the country where the position is located.
