About the role
Join Atradius as an Administrative professional supporting the full lifecycle of insurance policies, proposals and client interactions. You will work closely with internal teams and external customers to ensure smooth processing and high‑quality service.
Key responsibilities
- Enter new offers, policies and supplements into the system.
- Cancel policies in accordance with technical standards.
- Process supplements and record sales notifications.
- Handle classification requests, payment‑default notices and extensions.
- Provide information on insurance proposals and candidate status.
- Issue and adjust pricing for proposals.
- Deliver telephone support to internal and external customers.
- Offer general assistance to insured parties and agents.
- Provide administrative support to client managers.
- Adhere to information‑security policies and requirements.
Required profile
- Professional training in Administration and Finance or a related field.
- Advanced level of English.
Required skills
- Microsoft Access (intermediate).
- Microsoft Excel (intermediate).
- Microsoft PowerPoint (intermediate).
- Microsoft Word (intermediate).
