AI Transformation Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for an AI Transformation Coordinator – not a technical expert, but an effective communicator and automation enthusiast who ensures AI is adopted safely, practically and consistently across E&C, turning business needs into useful AI solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prioritize AI use cases by collaborating with teams to understand pain points, value, feasibility and data sensitivity.
• Measure and report business impact such as usage, hours saved, cycle‑time improvements and cost‑benefit analysis.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for AI questions and ideas across the organisation.
• Design and deliver targeted training, policies, workshops and knowledge sessions for audiences with varying technical confidence.
• Shape a network of AI champions embedded in functions to sustain capability building.
• Partner with IT to align AI use with information security, data governance and risk mitigation.

Required profile

• Hands‑on fluency with current generative AI tools, assistants, agentic workflows and automation platforms.
• Experience in change management and designing enablement programmes that alter how people work.
• Strong facilitation skills and the credibility to earn trust from sceptics and enthusiasts alike.
• Excellent writing ability to produce clear guidance and policies.
• Comfort with numbers to track usage, licence costs and construct ROI arguments.
• Resilience to evolving AI guidance and willingness to recommend non‑AI alternatives when appropriate.
