Afternoon Housekeeping Staff – Royal Hideaway Corales Resort

About the role

Join the Royal Hideaway Corales Resort team as an afternoon housekeeping associate. You will ensure guest rooms and public areas are clean, well‑maintained, and ready for occupancy, contributing to a high‑quality guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare cleaning materials, equipment and supplies before each shift.
• Clean and arrange guest rooms and common areas, checking the condition of furniture and installations.
• Make beds, ventilate rooms, restock minibar items, replace linens and bathroom amenities.
• Handle guest requests, complaints and lost‑and‑found items according to established protocols.
• Report any damages or maintenance issues observed during cleaning.
• Collect used linens and send them to the laundry, ensuring proper handling of all housekeeping tools.

Required profile

• Basic education (ESO or equivalent).
• Previous experience in a similar housekeeping role is desirable.
• Basic knowledge of English is a plus.
• Customer‑oriented attitude, teamwork spirit and strong sense of order.
• Motivation, responsibility and good organizational skills.
