AI Transformation Analyst – Wealth Management & Insurance

About the role

The Wealth Management & Insurance division of Santander is looking for an AI Transformation Analyst based in Madrid. You will support business teams in discovering AI opportunities, designing prompts, documenting use cases and enabling safe, consistent AI adoption across daily activities.

Key responsibilities

• Support AI discovery and adoption activities through workshops, interviews, process mapping and use‑case documentation.
• Design, test and refine prompts and practical AI usage examples for business teams.
• Document AI use cases, user journeys, process changes, adoption learnings, expected benefits and control considerations.
• Prepare training materials, user guides, playbooks, FAQs and communications to enable effective AI use.
• Track adoption, usage and qualitative feedback to identify barriers, improvement opportunities and success stories.
• Coordinate with Data & AI, Technology, Risk, Compliance and business stakeholders during pilots and adoption activities.
• Contribute to prompt libraries, reusable assets, communities of practice, reporting packs and research on emerging AI capabilities.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate business needs into AI‑driven solutions.
• Excellent communication skills to work with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders.
• Understanding of risk, compliance and governance considerations in AI deployments.
