Air Conditioning and Oxygen Systems Engineer (Military Derivatives)

About the role

The candidate will join the TADYX5 group within Airbus Defence and Space, working on crew support and air systems for military platforms. The role covers the full development life‑cycle from requirements to certification in a multi‑platform environment.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out technical activities across the development life‑cycle to ensure compliance with regulations and program requirements.
• Define and manage interfaces between functions and systems, ensuring consistent implementation.
• Verify that system requirements are fully implemented and that designs meet state‑of‑the‑art safety standards.
• Support production, flight testing, and delivery phases.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of engineering experience, preferably in defence programmes.
• Aeronautical or industrial engineering degree.
• Ability to work in a transnational, consortium environment and manage technical interfaces.
• Fluent in Spanish and English at negotiation level.

Required skills

• Knowledge of systems development processes.
• Understanding of fluid dynamics.
• Experience with pneumatic, air‑conditioning, ice‑protection, oxygen and crew‑escape systems.
