Aircraft Technician

About the role

We are looking for an Aircraft Technician to join our technical team in Castellón, Spain. The role focuses on the safe disassembly of various aircraft projects, documenting removed parts and coordinating with logistics to ensure accurate tracking for our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Perform aircraft disassembly according to instructions from the GPC team.
• Document and label all removed components, ensuring clear records for customers.
• Read and interpret Aircraft Maintenance Manuals (AMMs) and Illustrated Parts Catalogues (IPCs) as well as eCube Best Practice Guides.
• Identify damaged components using visual inspection methods.
• Report non‑conformities or potential damage to the Technical Team Leader.
• Collaborate with the Technical Team Leader, Head of Customer Projects and logistics to meet project timelines.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working order.
• Participate in continuous‑improvement initiatives and safety monitoring.

Required profile

• Demonstrable experience in aircraft maintenance or disassembly.
• High attention to detail and strong hand skills.
• Good physical fitness and ability to work under pressure.
• Team‑player attitude with a proactive “can‑do” mindset.
