Analyst, Corporate Capital Markets

About the role

JLL is hiring an Analyst for its Corporate Capital Markets team in Madrid. The role focuses on acquisitions and disposals, with a special emphasis on sale and leaseback transactions and developments, covering real estate assets such as industrial and logistics, data centers and offices. You will work on corporate client projects with end-to-end responsibility and act as the main contact for clients and the rest of JLL's teams.

Key responsibilities

• Work closely with JLL departments such as leasing and account management, locally and globally, to deliver accurate advice and outputs for clients.
• Coordinate each project you are involved in, ensuring consistency and quality of the work delivered.
• Act as the main point of contact for corporate clients and coordinate projects from start to finish.
• Pay close attention to detail and accuracy in every document and communication.
• Understand client needs from both corporate business and real estate perspectives.

Required profile

• Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Architecture, Law or Economics.
• Experience in real estate transactions, M&A or the financial sector, in a client or consultancy firm.
• Project execution, communication, leadership and client management skills.
• Experience with alternative assets such as data centers or self-storage is an advantage.
• Ability to work with business plans, cash flows and other financial analysis tools; knowledge of IFRS-16 is a plus.
• Advanced English; other languages are a plus.

Required skills

• Advanced level of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint (essential).
• Strong analytical skills.
