About the role
MUFG is recruiting for its 2027 Analyst Programme in Madrid within Global Corporate and Investment Banking. The programme lasts 18 months and includes three rotations across three areas so that participants can choose their specialism. It starts with a 5-week entry training at EMEA headquarters in London, after which analysts return to Madrid for the remaining programme and on-desk rotations.
Required profile
- Final-year student or graduate within the last 12 months
- Strong interest in financial markets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High motivation and integrity
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
- Innovative and able to generate creative ideas
