Junior Accounts Payable

About the role

Fever, a global tech platform for culture and live entertainment, is hiring a Junior Accounts Payable in Madrid. The role supports both the finance and development accounts payable teams and the other business and operations teams across the countries where Fever operates. It is an early-stage, high-growth opportunity with ownership of a finance and payable function.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage the development process for Fever Originals projects.
• Liaise with project managers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate processing of development payments.
• Carry out all onboarding and compliance activities.
• Assist with the month-end financial reporting process.
• Work with Business, Legal, Operations, Marketing and Sales teams to execute development payments and troubleshoot issues.
• Use processes to identify improvements, including performance and technology-based changes.

Required profile

• Accounting, finance or related degree.
• 1-2 years of experience in finance or accounting in a similar role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills in English, and bilingual Spanish.
• Ability to manage multiple competing priorities and drive projects to completion.

Required skills

• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and database management (preferred).
• Knowledge of Microsoft Navision, databases or data mining is desirable.
• Strong organization and time management skills.
