Analytics Engineer II, Full Stack (Revenue Analytics)

About the role

Affirm is looking for an Analytics Engineer II, Full Stack (Revenue Analytics) to join its Revenue Analytics team. You will build and own the data products, reporting infrastructure, semantic foundations and analytical systems that power the Revenue organization, turning ambiguous business questions into durable, well-tested data infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Develop dbt data models, dashboards, metrics and automation for the revenue field team and revenue analysts
• Build and maintain reporting data models that power external merchant reporting
• Build the semantic, metadata and context layers so AI systems understand Revenue data and metrics
• Partner with Business Systems, engineering and business stakeholders to turn requirements into tested data products
• Contribute to best practices in version control, code review, documentation and GitHub-based releases
• Help develop processes and governance to scale analytics within Revenue

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in analytics engineering or business intelligence
• Experience integrating AI tools into analytics workflows to improve speed, quality and scalability
• Familiarity with Salesforce and experience supporting commercial areas of the business
• Ability to identify user needs, break down ambiguous problems and communicate clearly to technical and non-technical audiences
• Must be based in Spain; visa sponsorship is offered

Required skills

• SQL, dbt, Python, data modeling and data visualization
• BI tools such as Sigma, Looker or Tableau
• Databricks and cloud data warehouses such as Snowflake
• Semantic layers, metadata, metric definitions, evals and data quality
