Android Developer for AI Finance Agent

About the role

We are looking for an Android Developer to create the native Android experience for BJAK's AI Finance Agent. You will focus on clean user flows, fast performance, and high‑quality mobile features that serve real customers.

Key responsibilities

• Build and ship native Android features for onboarding, accounts, cards, payments, transfers, rewards and AI‑assisted journeys.
• Transform complex financial processes into simple, fast, and reliable mobile experiences.
• Collaborate with product, design, backend and AI engineers to move features from idea to production.
• Own app quality, including performance, crash rate, loading states, edge‑case handling and release stability.
• Leverage production feedback, analytics and user behaviour to continuously improve shipped features.
• Integrate APIs, authentication, secure data handling and financial workflows with a strong focus on reliability.

Required profile

• Strong native Android experience using Kotlin.
• Proven track record shipping Android apps used by real users.
• Deep understanding of Android architecture, Jetpack, Coroutines and Flow.
• Strong product sense with a focus on user experience, not just screens.
• Ability to debug production issues, improve performance and maintain high app quality.
• Comfortable working with ambiguity and moving fast without lowering standards.
