Application Consultant - IGS (Image Guided Surgery)

About the role

Brainlab, a Munich-based health technology company, is looking for a highly motivated Application Consultant in Image Guided Surgery and surgical disciplines to support the Sales Team in Spain. The position reports directly to the Sales Director and is a home office role, preferably based in Madrid or Malaga.

Key responsibilities

• Educate, train and give on-site guidance and assistance to physicians and hospital staff
• Perform new system installations
• Communicate with customers, understand their problems and troubleshoot issues
• Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
• Initiate upgrade projects for existing Brainlab installations
• Sell service contracts to existing Brainlab customers
• Monitor and promote customer usage of products
• Conduct software updates
• Attend meetings and trade shows to demonstrate and promote products and services

Required profile

• Preferred background in Biomedical Engineering, a technical degree or equivalent
• Fluent English and Spanish
• Valid driving licence
• Willingness to travel extensively
