Application Support Engineer – Blockchain Security & AI Automation

About the role

Crypto.com is seeking an Application Support Engineer to ensure the stability and performance of its blockchain‑based services while driving AI‑powered automation. You will work within a high‑performing security team that protects millions of users worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain uptime and reliability of production applications and blockchain infrastructure.
• Manage pre‑production and staging environments for seamless releases.
• Lead incident triage, perform root‑cause analysis, and oversee post‑resolution follow‑up.
• Coordinate disaster‑recovery testing, audits, and continuous improvement of monitoring processes.
• Design and implement AI/LLM‑based tools to automate repetitive support tasks, triage, and reporting.
• Stay current with updates to supported blockchains, DApps, and related technologies, evaluating their impact on supportability.

Required profile

• Strong “support nature” mindset with a drive to investigate deep root causes.
• Proven experience in application support or production operations.
• Hands‑on experience using AI/LLM technologies to automate workflows or infrastructure monitoring.
• Excellent communication skills to bridge technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
