Architect – BIM/Revit Specialist

About the role

CornerstoneONE is seeking a full‑time hybrid Architect based in Madrid with a strong technical focus on building systems. The role centres on architectural design and project management for global fit‑out projects within existing buildings, requiring deep expertise in BIM and Revit.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and organise technical data, preparing drawings and plans for diverse global projects.
• Develop, maintain, and coordinate BIM models in Revit across all project phases.
• Act as a technical resource, guiding the team on Revit usage and BIM standards.
• Monitor local engineers’ work and provide remote guidance to contractors during construction.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, including schedules, budgets, and the bidding process.
• Travel internationally to construction sites as required.
• Prepare documents, reports, and proposals directly for the CEO.
• Support the development and maintenance of CornerstoneONE standards and requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of architectural practice with BIM workflow experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.
• Fluent English (C1 level) and ability to work in an international, collaborative environment.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented professional.
