Architect for Ultra-Fast EV Charging Stations (Spain)

About the role

Electra is looking for an Architect to design and deploy ultra‑fast electric vehicle charging stations across Spain. You will collaborate with development, operations and product teams to create attractive, technically feasible locations and ensure a smooth rollout.

Key responsibilities

• Assess technical and regulatory feasibility of charging station sites according to Electra’s design standards.
• Prepare documentation for tender responses, including construction plans, diagrams, photos, videos and 3D renderings.
• Visit prospective locations, gather data and support the preparation of urban‑planning permit files.
• Coordinate with engineering, installation partners and product teams for signage and installation details.

Required profile

• Degree in Architecture or equivalent with at least 4 years of professional experience.
• Familiarity with all project phases from design to execution, especially urban planning regulations in Spain.
• Strong communication skills in Spanish and English (professional level).
• Organised, meticulous and able to interact with diverse stakeholders.

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory).
• Experience with SketchUp, Illustrator, Artlantis and Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Knowledge of Twinmotion is a plus.
