Assistant Account Manager – Croatian Market

About the role

Join Click&Boat’s Supply team in Barcelona as an Assistant Account Manager focused on the Croatian market. You will support boat owners throughout their onboarding journey and collaborate with Sales and Customer Experience colleagues to ensure a high‑quality service.

Key responsibilities

• Onboard new partners (≈80% of time): guide owners through creating boat listings, uploading photos, and using the platform effectively.
• Side missions (≈20% of time): manage existing accounts, keep calendars up‑to‑date, answer partner questions, and contribute to market research or internal presentations as needed.

Required profile

• Bilingual in Croatian and English with strong verbal communication skills.
• Previous experience in a customer‑facing role (internship, summer job, or similar).
• Proactive, team‑oriented, and motivated by customer satisfaction.
• Interest in fast‑growing start‑up environments.
