Assistant Account Manager – Greek Market

About the role

We are looking for an Assistant Account Manager to join our Supply crew in Barcelona, focusing on the Greek market. You will work closely with boat owners, Sales and Customer Experience teams to ensure a high‑quality experience on our boat‑rental marketplace.

Key responsibilities

• Onboard new partners (≈80% of time), guiding them through listing creation, ad setup, photos and platform usage.
• Perform side missions (≈20%): manage existing accounts, keep calendars up‑to‑date, answer partner queries, conduct market research and contribute to weekly/monthly business presentations.

Required profile

• Bilingual in Greek and fluent in English.
• Previous experience in a customer‑facing role (internship, summer job or similar).
• Strong phone communication, proactive attitude and passion for customer satisfaction.
• Team player, initiative‑taking and interested in a fast‑moving start‑up environment.
