Assistant Account Manager – Spanish Market

About the role

We are looking for an Assistant Account Manager to join our Supply crew in Barcelona. You will guide boat owners through onboarding, help them create and optimise their listings, and collaborate with Sales and Customer Experience teams to deliver a high‑quality service.

Key responsibilities

• Onboard new partners, assisting them with boat listings, photos, and platform navigation (approximately 80% of time).
• Support existing partners by managing accounts, updating ads and calendars, and answering platform‑related questions.
• Conduct market research and contribute to weekly/monthly business unit presentations and other operational projects.

Required profile

• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Previous experience (internship, summer job or similar) in a customer‑facing role.
• Strong communication skills, proactive attitude and motivation to ensure customer satisfaction.
