Assistant Club Manager

About the role

COYA Marbella is seeking an experienced Assistant Club Manager to support the daily operations of its luxury venue. You will work closely with the Club Manager to ensure an exceptional guest experience that reflects the brand’s Latin American spirit.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Club Manager in overseeing all front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house activities.
• Lead, motivate and develop a diverse team, fostering a culture of high performance.
• Maintain and exceed service standards, ensuring guest preferences are anticipated and fulfilled.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly, preserving the club’s reputation for excellence.
• Monitor operational metrics, inventory and cost controls.
• Work effectively under pressure during peak periods and special events.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar management role within a luxury club or high‑end hospitality venue.
• Strong people‑management and leadership abilities.
• Passion for hospitality and a proactive, can‑do attitude.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Spanish.
• Outstanding interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Commitment to personal development and team growth.
