Food & Beverage Manager

About the role

1912 Collection Marbella is looking for an experienced, hands-on and guest-focused Food & Beverage Manager to lead its restaurant and bar operations in the heart of Marbella Old Town. The role is visible and operational, with the manager leading from the floor, supporting the team during service and helping shape a personal, high-quality hospitality experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day restaurant and bar service, keeping standards consistently high and presenting the areas excellently before, during and after service.
• Be present during service, engage naturally with guests and support the team wherever needed.
• Create a warm, polished and personal service culture, and lead, motivate and develop the team's confidence, knowledge and service skills.
• Work closely with the kitchen and bar teams so that communication is clear and the guest journey is seamless.
• Maintain strong knowledge of menus and beverages and take ownership of guest feedback and service recovery.
• Support team scheduling and deployment, and oversee stock, ordering, deliveries and inventory.
• Monitor wastage, product usage and operational costs and identify ways to improve efficiency.
• Ensure agreed procedures and standards are followed, and work with hotel operations, Front Office and Housekeeping.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a Food & Beverage leadership, supervisory or management position in hospitality.
• Experience in a luxury, five-star or high-end boutique hotel or restaurant is a strong advantage.
• Strong operational understanding of restaurant and bar service, and a natural leadership style.
• Guest-focused approach, confident with an international clientele, and good organisational skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Commercial awareness of stock, wastage and cost control.
