Assistant Manager – Global Information Reporting & Tax Transparency

About the role

You will act as a trusted advisor to clients, delivering guidance and compliance support on global information reporting and tax transparency regimes across the Caribbean offshore jurisdictions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, plan and execute advisory, compliance and transformation engagements for a diverse client portfolio.
• Monitor legislative developments related to FATCA, CRS, BEPS, Economic Substance, CARF and emerging regimes.
• Manage client relationships, oversee engagement delivery and contribute to business development initiatives.
• Train and leverage teams on tools and new technologies for reporting obligations.
• Provide technical oversight and coaching on complex multi‑jurisdictional projects.
• Participate in proposals, client presentations and external industry alerts.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent qualification (e.g., ACCA).
• Minimum 4 years of experience in tax compliance, advisory, regulatory consulting, legal advisory or compliance.
• Prior experience with FATCA, CRS, BEPS or Economic Substance and knowledge of international tax transparency developments.
• Ability to read and interpret regulatory documents.
• Strong communication and influencing skills with senior stakeholders and cross‑functional teams.
