Abercrombie & Fitch is hiring an Assistant Manager for its Hollister store in La Canada, Marbella. The role combines business strategy, operations, creativity and people management: driving sales through analysis and customer service, overseeing daily store operations, and leading the team from recruitment and training to engagement and development. Key responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing routines
• Supervise the sales floor and stockroom, ensuring excellent customer service and smooth operations
• Handle staffing and scheduling, and manage payroll
• Train and develop non-management staff
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness while driving sales
• Build and maintain visual displays
• Analyse reporting to inform decisions
• Protect store assets and carry out inventory control
• Operate register and point-of-sale systems
• Fulfill omnichannel orders
• Represent the brand and embody company culture and values

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree OR one year of supervisory experience in a customer-facing role
• CEFR B2 fluency in English and Spanish, required
• Strong customer focus, knowledge of current fashion trends and a strong work ethic
• Ability to coach others, take initiative and balance multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
