Assistant Manager - Hollister Store

About the role

Abercrombie & Fitch is hiring an Assistant Manager for its Hollister store at Westfield Parquesur in Leganés. The role combines business strategy, operations, creativity and people management: driving sales through customer service, overseeing daily store operations, and developing the team. It is built on a promote-from-within philosophy.

Key responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing routines and supervise the sales floor and stockroom
• Handle staffing, scheduling, payroll and train and develop non-management staff
• Drive sales with product knowledge and brand awareness, and build and maintain visual displays
• Analyse reporting to inform decisions, protect store assets and run inventory control
• Operate register and point-of-sale systems and fulfil omnichannel orders
• Represent the brand and embody company culture and values

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or one year of supervisory experience in a customer-facing role
• CEFR B2 fluency in English and Spanish, required
• Strong customer focus, knowledge of current fashion trends and a strong work ethic
• Communication, coaching and team-building skills, initiative and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment

The starting annual rate is €27,500. Job offers may be conditional on completing the applicable work visa formalities.
