Assistant Store Manager

About the role

UNIQLO is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in delivering an exceptional customer experience and driving store performance across Spain. This full‑time, permanent position offers a dynamic retail environment with flexible shift patterns.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in overseeing all operational aspects to maximise foot‑traffic, sales and profit.
• Act as a role model for high‑standard customer service and ensure the shop floor consistently meets UNIQLO standards.
• Provide effective training, feedback and coaching to develop a high‑performing team.
• Manage stock inventory levels and design shop‑floor layouts based on performance targets.
• Plan staffing schedules accurately to ensure smooth daily operations.

Required profile

• Flexible to work weekends, public holidays and various shifts.
• Available to start in early July 2026.
• Proven ability to lead large teams in a fast‑paced, challenging setting.
• Quick adaptability to changing environments and decisive decision‑making.
• Strong organisational, communication and analytical abilities.
