About the role
As an Assistant Store Manager you will support the Store Manager in running the pop‑up store in Culleredo, representing Levi Strauss & Co.’s brand values and helping to achieve sales and operational targets.
Key responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in delivering KPIs and implementing profit opportunities.
- Set daily and weekly sales targets and monitor performance through reports.
- Control costs, manage stock, payroll, administration and staff rotas.
- Inspire, coach and develop the team through training and product knowledge.
- Maintain strong visual standards and take charge of the store in the manager’s absence.
Required profile
- Passionate about the brand and its values.
- Strong customer service background with experience leading a retail team.
- Proven ability to meet KPIs and sales targets in a fast‑paced environment.
- Experience in store operations, stock management and administrative duties.
- Motivational leadership style that drives team performance.
