Assistant Waiter (Aux de Camarero)

About the role

Join Barceló Group as an Assistant Waiter, supporting the service and sale of food and beverages in a dynamic hospitality environment. You will work under supervision to ensure smooth operations in the restaurant, bar, or banquet areas.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with food and beverage service, including taking orders and delivering items.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work zones and utensils.
• Prepare work areas, set up tables, banquet boards, chairs, and other furniture.
• Support customer service interactions and help with billing and payment collection.
• Carry out auxiliary tasks as directed by supervisors.

Required profile

• Interest in the hospitality sector; no prior experience required, basic bar knowledge valued.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and collaborate within a team.
• Physical capacity to move beer barrels, carry trays, and stand for extended periods.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays.
