Associate Consultant - PCS Implementation Services

About the role

IQVIA's Patient Experience Solutions (PXS) team, part of the Patient Centered Solutions (PCS) portfolio, focuses on improving the patient experience in clinical and real-world studies. As an Associate Consultant you will help develop strategies, roadmaps and frameworks that improve how IQVIA and its customers engage with patients to improve adherence, compliance and retention in studies, balancing research and implementation work.

Key responsibilities

• Work in project teams to deliver strategic deliverables on applying behavioral science and technology to improve patient workflows and experiences
• Take part in projects or IQVIA initiatives doing quantitative or qualitative coding and analysis to generate insights and reports for clients or executives
• Help develop intellectual property for future consulting engagements
• Work with subject matter experts to create reports such as UAT, usability testing and patient experience data monitoring, with support from experienced team leaders
• Assist with business development and proposals

Required profile

• At least 1 year of consulting or research experience in the pharmaceutical, healthcare or related industry, or a PhD in a relevant field (public health, psychology, health economics, healthcare technology, engineering or similar)
• Experience in pharma R&D, RWE/D and/or patient digital technology is a big plus
• Interest in patient-centered research (Clinical Outcome Assessment, Patient-Reported Outcome); electronic implementation is a plus
• Ability to work in cross-cultural contexts and in a fast-paced environment

• Strong written and verbal communication, including presentations, workshop facilitation and report writing
• Good time management, attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• IT literacy (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
