About the role

Veeva OpenData provides global reference data for healthcare professionals and organizations. As an Associate Lead you will guide a remote team of researchers, design data production processes, and drive technology improvements while ensuring compliance and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

Lead a team with a headcount of 30+
Guide and develop a remote team of researchers
Design data production processes and drive technology improvements
Implement impactful quality and efficiency projects
Build a dynamic, proactive, and high‑performing team
Own your team’s KPIs and its performance
Escalate all risks and incidents early and unambiguously

Required profile

Experience in business processes management
Demonstrated leadership potential
Results‑oriented, analytical, methodical, and socially skilled
Effective communication with managers, analysts, and researchers
Adaptability in international or remote settings
