Associate Talent Acquisition – EMEA

About the role

Mattel is seeking an Associate Talent Acquisition professional to support its growth across the EMEA region. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition APAC & EMEA, you will own full‑cycle recruitment for junior to mid‑level roles, including internships and early‑career positions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to build diverse talent pipelines.
• Partner with hiring managers and People & Culture teams to understand hiring needs.
• Conduct candidate assessments, including resume reviews, screening calls, and competency‑based interviews.
• Provide market intelligence on hiring trends, talent availability, and compensation benchmarks.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and professionalism.
• Coordinate interview scheduling, offer preparation, and recruitment operations.
• Maintain accurate data in the Applicant Tracking System and adhere to KPIs and SLAs.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in full‑cycle recruitment, preferably in an international environment.
• Strong ability to build trusted partnerships with stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
