Automotive Dealer Coordinator (German & English)

About the role

We are seeking an Automotive Dealer Coordinator to join Bosch Service Solutions in Barcelona. This back‑office position ensures that vehicles move smoothly through the repair network by monitoring each case from dispatch to resolution.

Key responsibilities

• Track all motorized vehicles sent to repair centres, from dispatch through final resolution.
• Verify the accuracy and completeness of data in the relevant systems.
• Approve repair tickets after required validations.
• Monitor repair progress, conduct follow‑up reviews and flag any delays.
• Escalate cases that exceed standard timelines, especially those over four weeks.
• Maintain clear documentation and provide status updates to stakeholders.

Required profile

• Organised, detail‑oriented and focused on operational excellence.
• Comfortable handling multiple cases and data‑driven tasks simultaneously.
• Interest in the automotive or motor‑vehicle sector.
• Previous experience in logistics coordination, administrative support or back‑office operations, preferably in automotive or fleet management.

Required skills

• Full professional proficiency in German (C2).
• Fluent in Spanish (C1) and English (C1).
• Excellent written and oral communication, with formal phone etiquette.
