About the role

We are looking for a motivated Waiter Assistant to join the team at our Barceló hotel in Santa Cruz de Tenerife. You will support the front‑of‑house operations, ensuring guests feel welcomed and well‑served throughout their stay.

Key responsibilities

• Assist guests at reception and help them settle into their rooms when needed.
• Provide direct service for food and beverage orders.
• Participate in the set‑up, arrangement and breakdown of service areas.
• Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of your work zone and equipment.

Required profile

• Medium‑level hospitality training (Ciclo Formativo Grado Medio in Hospitality).
• At least one year of experience in a similar role.
• High level of English proficiency.
• Team‑oriented, able to work under pressure and maintain a professional appearance.

Required skills

• APPCC certification (food safety).
