About the role

Join the culinary team at Barceló Punta Umbría Beach Resort as a Kitchen Assistant. You will support daily food preparation and maintain a clean, safe kitchen environment in a vibrant hotel setting.

Key responsibilities

Maintain the kitchen in optimal hygiene and order.
Clean, peel, and cut vegetables.
Mix ingredients for various dishes.
Pluck poultry, chop meat, and descale fish.
Keep kitchen tools and workstations clean.
Assist in preserving raw materials and kitchen products.

Required profile

Medium‑level culinary training (Ciclo formativo de Grado Medio de Cocina y Gastronomía) and a HACCP course.
At least 1 year of experience in a similar kitchen role.
No language requirement.
Hospitality knowledge is a plus.

Required skills

HACCP knowledge.
