About the role

The Reception Assistant will be the first point of contact for guests at Hotel Allegro Isora, ensuring a smooth check‑in and check‑out experience and providing friendly, efficient service throughout their stay.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and process all documentation required for guest check‑in and check‑out.
• Maintain a clean, orderly reception area and ensure all furniture and equipment are in good condition.
• Answer incoming telephone calls, handle external calls and provide accurate information.
• Perform currency exchange transactions for guests.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and dining areas to meet guest needs.
• Provide guests with information, address their inquiries and resolve complaints.

Required profile

• Vocational training (Ciclo Formativo de Grado Medio) in Hospitality and Tourism.
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar front‑desk role.
• High level of English; additional language is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of office software and reservation systems is valued.
• Strong adaptability, teamwork orientation and customer focus.
