Ayudante SSTT – Hotel Barceló Granada

About the role

The Hotel Barceló in Granada is looking for an Ayudante SSTT to support the technical team in maintaining the property’s facilities. This position combines hands‑on maintenance work with coordination of external contractors, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for guests.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in controlling and coordinating preventive and corrective maintenance across hotel installations.
• Carry out improvement works and ensure technical areas remain clean and well‑maintained.
• Handle guest complaints, requests and suggestions, escalating when necessary.
• Reduce operational costs while preserving service quality.
• Coordinate room blockings with reception and housekeeping.
• Monitor and follow up on external contractors to guarantee timely and proper execution of works.
• Supervise pool treatment processes.
• Perform exterior cleaning tasks.

Required profile

• Higher Vocational Training (Ciclo Formativo de Grado Superior) or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar maintenance role.
• Proficiency in English and/or German.
• Knowledge of hotel preventive and corrective systems is valued.
