B2B Account Executive – French Speaker

About the role

Ukio is looking for a senior B2B Account Executive who speaks French to launch and grow its corporate housing offering across France. You will be responsible for building the B2B sales engine from scratch, turning cold prospects into long‑term corporate clients.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, prospect and acquire corporate accounts with headquarters in France that need premium flexible housing and relocation services.
• Manage the full sales cycle—from initial outreach, qualification, negotiation, to contract signing and ongoing account management.
• Develop and maintain a robust pipeline using HubSpot CRM, tracking a typical 3‑to‑6‑month sales process.
• Collaborate with product, operations and marketing teams to tailor solutions for corporate clients.
• Provide regular forecasts and performance reports to senior leadership.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in real‑estate, corporate housing or relocation services.
• Fluent French (native or professional) and strong English communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, set up processes and drive results in a fast‑moving startup environment.
• Track record of building new business pipelines and closing multi‑month deals.
