About the role

ACCIONA is seeking a final‑year law or business administration student to join its Financial Legal Advisory team in Madrid. This six‑month full‑time internship offers hands‑on experience supporting corporate and project financing, capital markets, and related legal processes.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Financial Legal Advisory department with corporate and project financing matters.
• Support capital markets transactions and the preparation of related documentation.
• Contribute to the analysis of financial derivatives, insurance, and guarantee structures.
• Participate in client identification processes for financial institutions.
• Collaborate with senior lawyers and finance professionals on day‑to‑day tasks.

Required profile

• Enrolled in the final year of a Law degree, Business Administration degree, or a Master that grants access to the Bar and Procurement.
• Professional proficiency in English.
• Availability for a six‑month full‑time internship starting immediately.
• Ability to sign a university internship agreement.
