Bell Host – Luxury Resort Guest Services

About the role

As a Bell Host at Aethos Mallorca, you will be the first point of contact for guests, delivering personalized and seamless service throughout their stay. You will support the Front Office team by handling luggage, providing valet services, and arranging transportation, ensuring every guest feels welcomed and cared for.

Key responsibilities

• Warmly welcome and bid farewell to guests, managing all luggage handling with care and prompt delivery.
• Assist with valet services, securely managing vehicles and coordinating taxis, private transfers, and chauffeur arrivals.
• Maintain a visible presence in the lobby and entrances, offering directions and accompanying guests as needed.
• Keep department equipment (trolleys, luggage storage, parking) clean and in good working condition.
• Complete daily checklists and adhere to operational standards and financial procedures, especially for valet parking transactions.
• Handle cash/card transactions for valet parking accurately and report any damages promptly.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to anticipate guest needs.
• Attention to detail and reliability in handling luggage and vehicle services.
• Ability to work collaboratively with the Front Office team.
