Bellboy Shift Leader – Hospitality Supervisor

About the role

The Bellboy Shift Leader oversees the bell team at Nômade Temple Ibiza, ensuring every guest enjoys a smooth and welcoming arrival and departure experience. This role blends hands‑on luggage handling with coordination of guest transportation and lobby operations in a vibrant, wellness‑focused resort.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the bell team during each shift.
• Ensure efficient luggage handling for arrivals, departures, and room moves.
• Coordinate guest transportation requests and logistics.
• Provide a warm, attentive welcome and farewell for all guests.
• Support front‑office operations and manage lobby flow.
• Maintain consistent service standards and guest satisfaction.
• Train and guide bell staff to deliver exceptional service.
• Keep lobby and storage areas orderly and clean.
• Assist with special guest requests and arrangements.
• Collaborate closely with Front of House and Concierge teams.

Required profile

• Previous experience as Bell Captain, Bell Shift Leader or a similar hospitality role.
• Strong leadership and team‑coordination abilities.
• Guest‑focused attitude with proactive, friendly approach.
• Physically fit and able to handle daily operational tasks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organised, reliable and detail‑oriented.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Fluent in Spanish (English is a plus).
• Valid EU/Ibiza work permit.
